When clicking on the introduction link or one of the chapters
your web browser hangs and the PDF document is not displayed.
Force PDF documents to open in an Acrobat
Reader window instead of in a browser window.
- Exit your web browser
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Go to Edit/Preferences/Internet
- Turn off (uncheck) 'Display PDF in Browser'
- Click OK
- Open your web browser (FireFox or Netscape) again and the
PDF file will no longer hang.
Also make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader
installed (currently version 8 can be downloaded from www.adobe.com
