SOS Exam Prep Seminar
SOS (Students Offering Support) has informed me that they are holding an "Exam-AID" session Today (2014-04-14) at 3pm. I cannot give my endorsement to the quality of the session, but I can say that SOS is a charitable student club and the cost to attend is a $20 donation that will go towards education projects in Latin America. Registration is required, so if you want more information, please visit www.manitobasos.com. -Rob

Updates
Apologies for the lack of updates lately. Here are a few:
  • The class examples we do in class are now available online. See below for the link.
  • Quiz 1 with solutions is now posted.
  • Students who are registered in B13 (12:30pm, Wed) did not write Quiz 1 on 2014-01-22 and therefore (as discussed in class) will have a total of 4 quizzes (starting with Quiz 2) and their quiz mark will be found by taking the best 3 out of 4.
  • Students registered in B14 (1:30pm, Wed) who did not have enough time to write Quiz 1 on 2014-01-22 because they needed to leave to another class before they had reached their 20 minutes can come see me, provide me with a print out from Aurora showing your registration in a class immediately following the lab, and I will cancel out their Quiz 1 mark for them, just like those in B13 (will now be made up of the best 3 out of 4 quiz marks).
