ESM Statement on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

The Entomological Society of Manitoba unreservedly condemns all forms of racism and discrimination against people from minority and underrepresented groups. We value our Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) members and support the Entomological Society of Canada Equity, Diversity and Inclusion policies and measures https://esc-sec.ca/the-society/statement-of-diversity-and-inclusion/. We recognize that a more diverse membership would strengthen the ESM. We are committed to identifying and removing barriers for BIPOC, LGBT2Q+, disabled, and female members to encourage their involvement and full participation in the ESM.
