Usability Problem:
The enormous volume of papers, programs,
and algorithms being developed in bioinformatics might as well not
exist if users can not easily leverage them.
The Usability Problem has two components:
- How
can we make things easier for the end user?
- How can we make things easier for the
system administrator?
