The IDEA study received funding from CIHR to carry out a 3-year project in two First Nation Communities. Sandy Bay First Nation Community and Ebb & Flow First Nation Community participated in the project.

On Nov.27, 2007, we held a training workshop in Winnipeg. Dr. Garry Shen, Dr. Sharon Bruce and Dr. Heather Dean gave presentation at the sessions. The communities sent their health staff and key persons for the project to the training. Recruitment will start in Jan.2007. See our workshop pictures.
