Biography

Dr. Kardami was born in Corinth, Greece,  and completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Athens, Greece.  She obtained her PhD degree in Kings College, London, UK, and continued with post-doctoral training at the Pateur Institute (Paris, France), and at Berkeley, University of California, USA.  She started her independent career as an Assistant Professor at the University of Manitoba, in 1987, and is now a Professor at the Department of Human Anatomy and Cell Science. She is also a Scientist at the St. Boniface Research Centre in Winnipeg, MB.
