About Me

image

I was born in Boushehr, a small port city at the geographic south of Iran. I grew up in Mashhad, the second biggest city of country, and received my BSc in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Applied Mechanics from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), the fourth top national comprehensive university. After my graduation, I worked as a Design Engineer and Engineering Manager. I also worked as TA for several graduate courses and as RA at FUM.

In 2019, I joined the Mechanical Engineering program at University of Manitoba as a PhD student and Research Assistant under the supervision of Dr. Matt Khoshdarregi. I am a member of Intelligent Digital Manufacturing Laboratory (IDML) and my main objective is to pursue my academic activities in cutting-the-edge topics of vibrational behavior of thin-walled structures.

I've been a vegetarian since 2017. I love computers and gadgets, coding and IoT little projects, bicycling, traveling, Xbox, Skating and etc.
