	(February 1994) Replaced rdf2 and rss with prdf, prss, which
	calculate informative score probabilities by fitting the
	distribution of shuffled scores to an extreme value
	distribution.  The curve fitting routines in rweibull.c were
	provided by Phil Green, Washington U., St. Louis.

	"-i" switch to reverse-complement query sequence if it is
	DNA.

	Fix bug in zzlgmata.c that caused problems with alignments.

	Fix histogram routine to work properly with ln() normalized
	scores.
