GDE2PCD Menu conversion tool (version 1.00)

USAGE:    GDE2PCD [options]
OPTIONS:
    --makemenus     Read GDE menus from $GDE_MAKEMENUS_DIR using
                    the GDE makemenus version of the GDE format
    --birch         Read GDE menus from a BIRCH installation.
                    The installation is found using the $BIRCH
                    environment variable
    --standard      Read a .GDEmenus file the same way GDE read
                    .GDEmenus files (i.e. search $GDE_HELP_DIR,
                    and the current directory for a .GDEmenus file)

All of the data is output to a directory labelled "output".  This directory is created in
the same directory as gde2pcd.jar (GDE2PCD/build/output from the current directory)
