Based on tests, we can't use .jar file because on Ubuntu 20
Jalview freezes, for reasons that are undetermined.
Installing Jalview using the installer works, but is not a
solution for multiuser systems because that requires
write permissions in the Jalview directory (really ?! - whose idea
was that?).
Jalview jalview-2.11.2.0 also fails on some systems.
Solution: Use the jalview-all-2.11.2.1-j1.8, along with
JRE that is installed when you use the Jalview installer.
The JRE is system-specific, so it has to go in lib-linux-x86_64 or
lib-osx-x86_64..
