The MSF file starts with some header information. The following lines are a list of sequence names. Only one name per line is allowed where each of the sequence names are preceded by the qualifier "Name:". A line starting with two slashes "//" indicates the end of the name list. The sequence lines start with the sequence name followed by at least a space " " and 50 amino acids or bases of the sequence. Each block of 10 elements is separated by a space.
