The functions of biolegato have been reorganized into several applications. Type one of following commands to launch biolegato for the type of work you wish to do: 

	birch - BIRCH program launcher
	bldna - DNA sequence analysis (replaces biolegato)
	blprotein - protein sequence analysis (replaces biolegato)
	blmarker - molecular markers (replaces mgde)
	bltree - phylogenetic trees (replaces tgde)
