Everything under this folder gets the cmake-configured. For example if a 
configuration or a source code file has @CASAVA_FULL_LIBDIR@ string, it gets 
converted into /<installation root>/lib/CASAVA_v<major>.<minor>.<development>/ in
the installed or compiled copy of the file.
