Read MASE commands from a text file.
You will be prompted for the name of the file to read.
If you prefix the file name with an equals sign (``=''),
the file will be searched for in the MASE directory
(currently ``/usr/public/mase/'').
Only a subset of the MASE functions are available to this interface.
They are:
    ALPHABETIZE-LISTS
	Alphabetize the variable and function name lists.
    SET-VARIABLE variable-name variable-value
	All system variables are accessible.
    CHARACTER-SET character-set-file
    PATTERN-HIGHLIGHT pattern-to-highlight
	Exactly as for the interactive mode.
    MAIL-NOTES
    MATRIX matrix-file
    LOAD sequence-file
    BIND key function
    MAP key string
    TAKE mase-commands-file
    UNBIND
	Bind all key strokes to BELL.
    UNMAP
	Remove all key mappings.
