RFC: Standardized Graphical Notation

We should discuss and track graphical notation decisions as they arise.  As a starting document, I propose 
reviewing the Systems Biology Graphical Notations (SBGN) standards in development.

This document is relevant to the planned inclusion of small molecules, groups and state information in 
pathway representations. It is also relevant to MIMs.
