Focus on Workflows:
 * Initial research into a field of study or summarizing a field for a review article
 * Data driven
 * Genes of interest or lab focus
 * Presentation material
 * Publication: new findings or summary
 * Completing a body of knowledge; filling in holes
 * Collaboration
