Converting TAV Files

1. Click TAV tab.
2. Click Select input file ... from the File menu or the icon to open a file chooser window.
3. Select one or more tav files you want to convert. You can press and hold the Ctrl key to select multiple files.
4. Click OK button to close the file choose window.
5. If you want the genes (spots) in the output files have the same order as your tav files, uncheck the Sort by Slide Rows and Slide Columns.
6. Click Start converting from the File menu or the icon to process the conversion.
