Log from the View menu or click the icon 
to view the error messages. You might be able to fix the problem based on the message. Sometimes re-starting the converter could correct the mistakes.
- The converter seems to process my file endless. I can see the elapsed time is going, but no result occurs.
- I was told that some spots (genes) had been removed from my file. However, I did nothing for my input file.
- When I use the
Customizedpage, I found that some columns of the mev file have zero values (0) for all spots.
- I could not drag and drop math operators to the mev headers when I use the
Customizedpage.
