MAC OSX NOTES:
1  On Mac OSX, there are two Delete keys: one beside the +/= key and the other beside the end key.  The delete key beside the +/= key has the same function as the backspace key and will delete characters to the left of the cursor.  The delete key beside the "end" key will function like a PC's delete key and delete characters to the right of the cursor.

2 On Mac OSX, you can get the right click by holding down the 'ctrl' key and clicking.  However, the "Mighty Mouse" can be configured to use the right part of the mouse for right clicking. Go to System Preferences --> Keyboard & Mouse. See  http://www.macinstruct.com/node/66  for more information.
