Windows and Menus

The main bioLegato Window consists of a Menu section and Canvas.



Menus - Pull-down menus are organized into topics. After selecting data in the name pane or sequence pane, choose a program from a menu.

Canvas - The Sequence canvas is a  multiple alignment sequence editor. Each sequence has a name in the name pane, and the corresponding sequence in the sequence pane. The status line provides data on the current state of the canvas. In the current implementation, the row and column position of the cursor in the sequence pane is shown.

Scrolling

continuous scrolling	Hold down an arrow button
