Shows all of the cutoff levels for a bin. The cutoff values can be changed by selecting the level and entering a new value. The value will not be stored until the "Enter Changes" button is pressed or until the "Enter" key is pressed. A new level can be created by clicking the new button and then entering and storing a value. The default button will set the bin so that it has one cutoff at a level of 1000.
