Starting Pathway Tools Web Server

  1. Open a terminal










  2. Type the following commands in the terminal:
    cd pathway-tools
./pathway-tools -www



  3. If you get the following response, you may wish to try the hacks section to improve stability (Click here to go to the hacks section):


  4. DONE! Biocyc is now running! Go to your biocyc web server (by default the URL is http://127.0.0.1:1555)
