Set Location of BIRCH Web site

Make Documentation Web Accessible  - Choose this option if you are prepared to enter URLs that point to your BIRCH site through a web server.

Launch URL builder - The URL builder is a graphic tool for entering URLs and testing to make sure that they work.

Make Documentation Accessible only by local login -  (default for new installation) Choosing this option will automatically assign a URL in the form "file:///path" for all BIRCH documentation. Documentation can be still read in a browser, but only when a user is logged into a host that mounts the BIRCH filesystem eg. in Mozilla, File --> Open File.
