The CEBL Application Framework
The CEBL Application Framework is a means for developing certain styles of applications,
in particular applications useful for doing scientific analyses.

- Vast script improvements, including user access
- User end support for process distribution
- User end support for process distribution
- Dynamic switching between AWT and Swing GUI, and greater control over the look and feel.
