What does it do?
The cancel button is used to cancel the current wizard. All work relating to that wizard will be lost.
What if the cancel button doesn't seem to work?
If the cancel button is not enabled (that is, it appears "ghosted", and will not respond to mouse clicks) than it means the following;
- The wizard is performing an operation which cannot be stopped, the cancel button will become enabled once the operation is complete. The window close button will always work but using the window close button may not actually stop the task currently being performed (this may slow the performance of the application).
