Patching Pathway Tools Web Server

  1. Locate ptinit-spaces-patch.lisp in the Koala install directory


  2. Copy the file


  3. Open "My Computer" and go to C:\Program Files\Pathway Tools\aic-export\pathway-tools\ptools\15.0\patches, and paste the file there
