	A popup window appears whenever the program needs to
know about the location of a file.  This kind of window is
called a "filebrowser".

	A filebrowser will appear in these instances:

		(1) Fetching an image (primary or extra).

		(2) Fetching the Gel-format file.

		(3) Fetching the Template file.

		(4) Changing the color palette.

	Filter:

	Files section:  List of all files in the directory which
			match the filter.  Clicking one of these
			will fetch that file and exit the filebrowser.
