_F_a_i_l_u_r_e_s _o_f _A_i_r-_c_o_n_d_i_t_i_o_n_i_n_g _E_q_u_i_p_m_e_n_t

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     Proschan (1963) reported on the times between failures of the
     air-conditioning equipment in 10 Boeing 720 aircraft. The
     'aircondit' data frame contains  the intervals for the ninth
     aircraft while 'aircondit7' contains those for the seventh
     aircraft. 

     Both data frames have just one column.  Note that the data have
     been sorted  into increasing order.

     The data frames contain the following column:


     '_h_o_u_r_s' The time interval in hours between successive failures of
          the air-conditioning equipment
