Classes which already have methods for this function include: 'gls' and 'lme'. _U_s_a_g_e: ACF(object, maxLag, ...) _A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s: object: any object from which an autocorrelation function can be obtained. Generally an object resulting from a model fit, from which residuals can be extracted. maxLag: maximum lag for which the autocorrelation should be calculated. ...: some methods for this generic require additional arguments. _V_a_l_u_e: will depend on the method function used; see the appropriate documentation. _A_u_t_h_o_r(_s): Jose Pinheiro Jose.Pinheiro@pharma.novartis.com and Douglas Bates Bates@stat.wisc.edu _R_e_f_e_r_e_n_c_e_s: Box, G.E.P., Jenkins, G.M., and Reinsel G.C.
