Classes which already have methods for this function include 'corStruct', 'corSpatial', 'data.frame', and 'varFunc'. _U_s_a_g_e: getCovariate(object, form, data) _A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s: object: any object with a 'covariate' component form: an optional one-sided formula specifying the covariate(s) to be extracted. Defaults to 'formula(object)'. data: a data frame in which to evaluate the variables defined in 'form'. _V_a_l_u_e: will depend on the method function used; see the appropriate documentation. _A_u_t_h_o_r(_s): Jose Pinheiro Jose.Pinheiro@pharma.novartis.com and Douglas Bates bates@stat.wisc.edu _R_e_f_e_r_e_n_c_e_s: Pinheiro, J.C., and Bates, D.M.
