logLik.gnls package:nlme R Documentation _L_o_g-_L_i_k_e_l_i_h_o_o_d _o_f _a _g_n_l_s _O_b_j_e_c_t _D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n: Returns the log-likelihood value of the nonlinear model represented by 'object' evaluated at the estimated coefficients. _U_s_a_g_e: ## S3 method for class 'gnls': logLik(object, REML, ...) _A_r_g_u_m_e_n_t_s: object: an object inheriting from class 'gnls', representing a generalized nonlinear least squares fitted model. REML: an logical value for consistency with 'logLik,gls', but only 'FALSE' is accepted.. ...: some methods for this generic require additional arguments.
