Koala Linux Installation Instructions

1. Install Firefox (necessary for Pathway Tools web interface)

   Skip this step if you already have Firefox installed, or if you do not wish to use Firefox with Pathway Tools

2. Install Pathway Tools

   Skip this step if you already have Pathway Tools installed

3. Install MySQL

   If you already have MySQL installed, just create a database and username (with password) for Koala in your MySQL installation.

4. Install Apache w/SSL
5. Install PHP
6. Install Koala manually (without installer)
7. Start pathway tools web server --- "pathway-tools -www"
