Purpose:    Contains internal scripts that are installed into: 
            <install root>/libexec/CASAVA_v<major>.<minor>.<development>/perl/
            The folder sub-structure is preserved during the installation.        
Content:    Common scripts at the top, folder for each group of feature-specific scripts.
Naming:     Camel case. All folder names being with capital letter. All script
            file names begin with small letter.
