Synchronize Corporate Time Client Online and Offline Password

Assuming that the user changed the password in Corporate Time but did not push the password up to the server thus the online and offline passwords are no longer in sync.

The user must go to the windows directory and delete the files XTMlocal.dat and XTMlocal.ndx.  This will force CT to rebuild on the local system.
