Printing objects (printers, queues, and print servers) in NDS will be created and configured by LAN Support. Continued management of these objects will be the responsibility of the Container Administrator.
Printing objects will be assigned names according to established naming conventions. It is the responsibility of the LAN Administrator to configure workstations to print to these objects.
The following configuration information must be provided in order to create and configure printing objects:

In addition, most print servers require supervisor access on the current
(3.1x) file server in order to perform configuration changes. A temporary
user account must be created with Supervisor equivalency, and LAN Support
advised of its password.
