All of our projects focus on medicinal and/or biological carbohydrate chemistry and require strong interest in organic synthesis and/or glycochemistry. Once you have mastered the synthesis of your target molecule(s) you will explore the biophysical, biological, medicinal and pharmacological properties of your synthesized materials.
