This meeting immediately follows the CanaDAM 2023 conference, held in downtown Winnipeg and hosted jointly by the University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg.

All talks will be held in Room 201, St. John's College and meals will be served in the Quiet Room - Room 111 St John's College. A google map with some locations marked is available here: Google map

The closest lots to St John's College are either Q-lot (be careful to only park in visitor parking as much of the lot is student parking) or the Parkade.

Travel by bus: The rapid transit Blue line (destination University of Manitoba, not St Norbert) is a pretty good option for getting from downtown Winnipeg to the University.

You can either pay cash or with a Peggo card (loadable microchip card). Info on Peggo card (cost $5) can be found here. You can buy a Peggo card at the University of Winnipeg Student Association Info Booth in Centennial Hall or many other locations.

Wireless internet access is available at the University of Manitoba via Eduroam, which is set up by your home institution if they are a participant.
