Dr. W. Kinsner, VE4WK, has presenting the course to UMARS. At the end of the course, he also gives the exam on behalf of Industry Canada, as its Accredited Examiner.

Quite often, individuals with the basic licence study the advanced material on their own, and then request the exam either from VE4WK, or from Industry Canada.
