REDESIGNING OUR WEB SITE

UMARS has had a Web site for a long time. It has gone through two embodiments. This one is the third.

It is completely redesigned in terms of its structure and content. This design is based on cascaded style sheets (CSS), with emphasis on accessibility of individuals with impaired browser abilities.
