HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Any person interested in radio communications can become a volunteer of UMARS. The person should contact UMARS Counsellor or any member of the Executive, as provided on the portal page.

CATEGORIES

Depending on the duration of service to UMARS, the volunteer are grouped into the following five categories:

1. Platinum (over 7 years)
2. Gold (from 4 to 6.9 years)
3. Silver (from 2 to 3.9 years)
4. Bronze (from 1 to 1.9 years)
5. Others (below 1 year)
