The workshop will be held at the Virtual Environment Technologies Centre (VETC) at the National Research Council of Canada's (NRC)

Integrated Manufacturing and Technologies Instititute (IMTI)

in London, adjacent to the University of Western Ontario.

The VETC boasts several different Virtual Reality modalities, including a theatre with one of the largest glass surface VR projection screens in North America, which can sit 30 people with full VR capability, and a fully-immersive CAVE environment (4-sided) that can accommodate 4 to 5 people at a time. In addition, conference room facilities (capable of holding about 100 people are available and will be used for the workshop.
