Expected Improvements

1. Develope other vertions of QUASI program such as Mac and Unix vertions
2. "Transition/Tranverstion ratio" and "Codon Usage" should be incoporated into this program
3. Source codes should be released so that other researchers can improve or change it for their purpose
4. Make this program more user-friently:

• pipeline analysis by incoporating input converter into this software
• input or output formats should be compatable with most common used data formats
• design a web-based interface for users
  
• comphrehensive instruction on how to use QUASI
