DR. ATTAHIRU S. ALFA

Dr. Alfa is Professor Emeritus at the University of Manitoba, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He authored two books, “Queueing Theory for Telecommunications: Discrete Time Modelling of a Single Node System”, published by Springer in 2010, and “Applied Discrete-Time Queues” , published by Springer in 2015. He also co-authored a book with Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim, titled: “Optimization Methods for User Admissions and Radio Resource Allocations for Multicasting over High Altitude Platforms”.
