The electromagnetic imaging laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art instruments for performing various experiments and measurements related to electromagnetic imaging. The lab welcomes industry inquiries into the use of equipment.

Network Analyzers

Agilent 2-Port PNA E8363B - allows various RF and microwave devices' characterizations for frequencies up to 40 GHz.

Agilent 4-port ENA E5071C - offers fast speed measurements for frequencies ranging from 300 kHz up to 20 GHz.

Agilent 2-Port ENA E5071C - enables measurements of material properties with the aid of Agilent's 85070E Dielectric Measurement Probe for a frequency range of 9 kHz - 8.5 GHz.

Signal Generators

Agilent E8267D PSG Vector Signal Generator - one of the most advanced microwave signal generators with I/Q modulation up to 44 GHz.

Agilent 33220A 20MHz Arbitrary Waveform Generator - a best-selling function generator with the ability to produce 11 standard waveforms in addition to pulse and arbitrary waveforms.

Picosecond Pulse Labs Pulse Generator - produces ultra-fast pulses of -5V.

Digital Oscilloscopes

Agilent's 4-port DSO7104A Digital Signal Oscilloscope - ability to perform fast time-domain measurements for signals of frequencies up to 1 GHz.

Tektronics TDS8200 Digital Sampling Oscilloscope and Tektronics TDS7404B Digital Phosphor Oscilloscope - enables performing high-speed time-domain measurements.

Two Agilent 87050A Option K24 twenty-four port multiplexers - with the connectivity to the network analyzers, facilities the ability to automate and perform fast successive measurements.
