setPartition
Explanation:
Sets the character group of the selected characters
Parameters:
[name of group]
editGroup
Explanation:
Edits the name and color of a character group label
Parameters:

deleteGroup
Explanation:
Deletes a character group label
Parameters:
[name of group]
newGroup
Explanation:
Creates a new group for use in character partitions
storeCurrent
Explanation:
Stores the current character partition set
replaceWithCurrent
Explanation:
Replaces a stored character partition set by the current one
loadToCurrent
Explanation:
Loads the stored character partition to be the current one

removeGroup
Explanation:
Removes the group designation from the selected characters

Refines current groups by intersecting them with codon positions
