Parameters:
[on = proportional; off]

Sets whether or not to draw the scale for branch lengths

Explanation:
Sets the fraction of the circle covered by the tree
Parameters:
[number between 0 and 1]
circleStart
Explanation:
Sets the position of the start of the circle (0 = bottom; 0.5 = top)
