Commands of Simulated Matrices on Trees
setCharacterSimulator
Explanation:
Sets the module used to simulate character evolution
Parameters:
[name of module]
setSeed
Explanation:
Sets the random number seed to that passed
Parameters:
[long integer seed]
setTreeSource
Explanation:
Sets the module used to supply trees for matrix simulation
Parameters:
[name of module]
setNumChars
Explanation:
Sets the number of characters simulated in each matrix
Parameters:
[number of characters]
setNumMatrices
Explanation:
Sets the number of matrices (if indefinite number allowed)

Sets the block of taxa used
