setPartition
Explanation:
Sets to which group a taxon belongs in the current taxa partition
Parameters:
[name of group]
editGroup
Explanation:
Edits the name, color, and symbol of a taxon group label
Parameters:
[name of group]
newGroup
Explanation:
Creates a new group for use in taxon partitions
storeCurrent
Explanation:
Stores the current taxa partition as a TAXAPARTITION
replaceWithCurrent
Explanation:
Replaces a stored taxa partition by the current one
loadToCurrent
Explanation:
Loads the stored taxa partition to be the current one

[number of partition to load]
removeGroup
Explanation:
Removes the group designation from the selected taxa
logLastResultString
Explanation:
Logs last result string
getLastResultString

Returns last result string
