2.12 Command-line Options

dui [-cfilename] [-gfilename] [-tfilename] [-x{filename}]

• -cfilename -- Specify a Comb-Geometry File. If specified, the file must exist in the COMB directory and have a .comb suffix. If not specified, program assumes a gel's lanes are of equal width and the spacing between lanes in constant.
  
• -gfilename -- Specify a Gel-Format File. If specified, file must exist in the GEL-FORMAT directory and have a .blot suffix. If not specified, the program will prompt for one after an image has been selected for analysis.
  
• -tfilename -- Specify a Template File. If specified, file must exist in the TEMPLATE directory and have a .tmpl suffix. If not specified, the program will prompt for one after an image has been selected for analysis.
• -x{filename} -- If -x is specified, the program will invoke xrdb; if no filename is given, the invoke will be
  "xrdb -l dui.ad";
  if a filename is given, the invoke will be
  "xrdb -l filename".
  If the -x is not used, the resources must be specified with
  "setenv XAPPLRESDIR ./"
  prior to calling dui.
