2.7 The Menu System

Interaction with DNA/GUI is primarily through a two-level menu system. The main menu or Commands Menu is shown in Figure 2.2. Except for the Help and Exit buttons on the bottom of the menu, each button in the Commands Menu brings up a submenu in the space to the right of the Commands Menu. Except for the Help button, the Commands Menu is disabled while a submenu is activated.
